Hulu's The AWESOMES

I wanted to update you all on what I've been up to. Recently I wrapped up work as Lead Character Designer on Hulu's THE AWESOMES. The Awesomes was created by Seth Meyers of SNL and Mike Shoemaker, Producer on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. We have an amazing voice cast with folks like Bill Hader, Kenan Thompson, Bill Hader, Taran Killam and Rachel Dratch. I had the good fortune of working with some very talented people at Bento Box Entertainment (www.bentoboxent.com/) here in Atlanta. It was produced by Broadway Video, home of Kids in the Hall, Late Night, and Saturday Night Live. It is absolutely surreal to me that my name is on something with Lorne Michaels.
I would love to share the designs I created for the show but I'm not allowed to show any of the production work I did or even discuss the process. It's a very different style than the work I've done previously, so I hope you'll take the time to check out the show and see what I've been up to.
New episodes go up every Thursday.

This coming weekend I'll be at Heroes Con, in Charlotte, North Carolina. For fans of comics and comics art this is the show to be at.
Shelton Drum and his crew have put together an amazing line up of talent. I'll have some new prints and sketchbooks, and I'll be doing sketches
at the show. I'll be set up at AA-719 with my studio mates at Studio Revolver www.studiorevolver.com/wp/. Just look for Snake-Eyes hanging behind me.
Heroes is a great shot for art collectors, and just to hang out and have a good time. I know I'm looking forward to grabbing sketchbooks from Eric Canete kah-reload.deviantart.com/, Sean Galloway cheeks-74.deviantart.com/, and trying to get my hands on a copy of Loose Ends from Chris Brunner kickstandkid78.deviantart.com/, Jason Latour jasonlatour.deviantart.com/, and Rico Renzi whoisrico.deviantart.com/. So far this book looks badass.

Emerald City Comic Con March 4-6

Next weekend I will be making my maiden voyage to the mysterious land of Seattle for EMERALD CITY COMIC CON. In addition to subsisting on a diet of only coffee and coffee products, I will be listening to nothing but Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Soundgarden for the next 7 days in order to blend among the natives.
